1. You add a parent. Sign up, enter their first name, and Rosie creates a private forwarding address just for them.
2. They forward what feels off. Any suspicious text or email — they send it to that address. A screenshot or photo of a text works too.

And when Rosie catches a real scam and lets you know, that heads-up is deliberately kept free of the message’s details — so helping never feels like looking over their shoulder.

Yes. You can add a parent, an in-law, or yourself — and each person gets their own private address. One subscription covers everyone in your household, so there’s no extra charge per person.

To check a message, Rosie sends it to our AI provider for analysis. We keep the forwarded message itself for up to 30 days so it shows in your dashboard, and then we permanently delete it. We hold on to Rosie’s short assessment after that, so your history still makes sense. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

No. The messages sent for analysis are not used to train the AI provider’s models.

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe, a trusted payment processor. Rosie never sees or stores your card number.

No. We don’t sell your personal information. We rely on a few trusted providers to run the service — to analyze messages, process payments, and deliver email — and exactly what that involves is spelled out in our Privacy Policy.

Rosie is very good, but she’s a sharp second opinion — not a guarantee. She’s built and tested against real, labeled scams, and she’s designed to err on the side of caution. When something truly matters, she’ll always tell you to double-check it directly. No automated checker catches everything, and we’d rather be honest about that than oversell it.

All the common ones aimed at older adults — and plenty of unusual ones too. A few examples: fake delivery or “redelivery fee” texts, bank and payment alerts, government impersonation (IRS, Social Security, Medicare), the “Grandma, it’s me — I’m in trouble” family-emergency scam, tech-support pop-ups, gift-card and prize-or-lottery scams, romance and investment-or-crypto schemes, fake job offers, and bogus subscription-renewal invoices. She also reads the links inside a message to see where they really lead.

Yes. Rosie looks at where a link actually goes, not just what it claims to say. So if a link looks like it’s from “USPS” but really points somewhere else entirely, she’ll spot the mismatch and flag it.

Rosie is an informational helper, and she’s careful to stay in her lane. She doesn’t block messages, touch your accounts, reply to or contact senders, recover money, or give legal, financial, or security advice. What to do with any message is always your decision — Rosie just helps you make it with confidence.
